Social License & Social Assessment
Michelle has been incredibly fortunate to spend a great deal of time over her advisory career with social license and social performance specialist Dr. Ian Thomson (co-founder of On Common Ground Consultants – who subsequently formed independent consultancy SCI). Human Rights
Akashic regularly collaborates with Lloyd Lipsett of LKL International with respect to human rights due diligence, human rights risk and impact assessments, grievance mechanism development or review, as well as training and implementation of Voluntary Principles on Security and Human rights as they relate to corporate policy or sustainability reporting initiatives.
